Fans of a more full-bodied cup of coffee will love Azmaya’s Obo Flannel Filter. The flannel cloth delivers a highly filtered, clean and richly flavoured cup of pour-over coffee. Unlike paper filters, it allows non-soluble elements like fats, lipids and oils through the dripper, which enhances the brew’s flavour.
The thick flannel filter is made from cotton with a durable stainless steel rim and oak handle. It is named after a beloved Tokyo coffee shop (open between 1975 and 2013) and resembles the tool used by its owner Katsuji Obo.
