Delivery & Returns
We guarantee to post items within 24 hours after payment received, Monday-Friday. All items sent in the UK are shipped via Royal Mail, with an optional 24 Next Day Tracked Delivery Service available at £10.95.
We will send you an order dispatched email letting you know when the item has been shipped.
We also ship worldwide.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1. In the unlikely event that you receive an item and it is found to be faulty/damaged, then we will refund the full price of the item including the original P&P costs, as well as the returns postage cost, or we can replace the item if you'd prefer.
2. If you change your mind about an item, or wish to return it for any other reason other than it being faulty/damaged, you are free to do so within the 30 day period, as long as you pay the return postage costs. We will refund you the full price of the item and the original P&P costs.
In any case, please contact us at email@example.com first before returning the item so that we know to expect it.
